Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of chesedeci.com and the services offered there. Services are provided by C.H.E.S.E.D. Enterprise Consulting Inc., an operating company of C.H.E.S.E.D. Global Stratiges Consulting Inc. (together, “CHESED”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

CHESED provides AI-assisted business assessment, consulting, and educational services for small businesses, including:

• CHESED AI Business Growth & Automation Assessment ($99): a digital professional service that produces a scored AI Readiness Report from your questionnaire answers.
• AI Business Blueprint ($299): a detailed implementation plan built from your completed assessment.
• AI Business Advisor ($199/month): an ongoing advisory subscription.
• Implementation Services ($997+): custom projects quoted individually and governed by a separate written agreement.
• CHESED AI Academy: The C.H.E.S.E.D. AI Playbook, tiered course programs, and the Certified AI Educator credential.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You agree to give accurate account information, keep your login details confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without your permission.

4. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By buying, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. AI-Assisted Analysis Disclosure

Our services use artificial intelligence and automated analytical systems to evaluate the business information you provide and to produce educational observations and recommendations. Assessment scores are calculated by a fixed scoring method. AI is used to write the narrative explanations and recommendations.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that aren't right for every business. Results depend heavily on how complete and accurate your information is.

6. No Professional Advice

Our reports, blueprints, advisory sessions, and courses are for general business and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, employment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations yourself before acting on them and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee more revenue, profit, sales, customers, cost savings, business success, or any other particular result. Any examples or projections are illustrative only.

8. Academy License & Certification

When you buy an Academy product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its materials for your own learning. You may not share your login, resell, republish, or redistribute course materials, prompts, templates, or downloads without our written permission.

The C.H.E.S.E.D. Certified AI Educator credential is awarded only to students who meet the published requirements, including passing the Certification Exam. We may revoke a credential that was obtained dishonestly or that is misrepresented.

9. Your Information & Content

You keep ownership of the business information you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide, support, and improve your services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share any information you submit.

10. Acceptable Use

• Do not use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not submit other people's confidential or personal data without authorization.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your relationship with CHESED.

11. Intellectual Property

The CHESED 7-Point Business Growth Method™, CHESED Business Score™, the C.H.E.S.E.D. Prompting Framework, course materials, and all related methods, content, and branding belong to C.H.E.S.E.D. Global Stratiges Consulting Inc. Reports and blueprints delivered to you may be used inside your own business.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CHESED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold CHESED harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or the information you submit.

15. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using our services after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
